This course introduces the basics of statistical computation from the perspective of the social sciences. The information learned is very applicable to my future in the science/research field. Topics such as correlations, inferential statistics, and measures of central tendency are discussed. This course also has a lab component in which the SPSS statistics program is utilized, offering hands on experience that is more related to the real world.
