The Music Sophomore Review prepares students to advance to upper level work as music majors. Each student will submit an E-Portfolio, based upon this template, for review by the Music Department before submitting an E-Portfolio to the Board on Academic Standards.

The major track components of the review include the materials under the individual major headings for the respective major programs or concentrations. Each student will also submit the cover page materials "About Me" and the reflective essays listed under the "Home" page: "Reflective Essay on Work Within the Major" and "Reflective Essay on Musical Performances Attended."

Finally, each student will upload an example of work in music that best represents progress towards goals and interests in the major program. The example can be a recording, video, score, or work done for a class. Also, include an essay that relects upon the significance of this submission. Upload both the submission and the essay on the page "Significant Work" on the Home page.

Work with your advisor to complete the review materials.
