Hello and Welcome!

My name is Nicholas Zoffel, I am Prof. Zoff, and these are my course materials pages.

This ePortfolio is part of my larger web presence. Here you will find information on the courses I teach, syllabi, descriptions of assignments, grading rubrics, discussions of paradigmatic approaches, teaching philosophies, and much, much more.

On a personal note, when I decided to become a teacher, my mother gave to me a framed, broken piece of stained glass, that had one half of the British Monarchy motto, "Dieu et mon Droit" or My God, My Right." She gave me the half that said "mon Droit." This simple piece of broken glass serves as a reminder of how fortunate I have been in the educational opportunities presented to me and even more blessed to have the critical understanding to take advantage of those opportunities. Often, to my benefit and cures, I believe that being able to "learn" is "mon Droit."

Whether you are a prospective, current, or former student, a colleague in Communication Studies or another discipline, please feel free to ask questions, make suggestions on ways to better anything within these pages. I view this part of my ePortfolio as a ecological part of who I am as a teacher and scholar.
