Out beyond the ideas of
rightdoing and wrongdoing,
there is a field.
I'll meet you there.
I feel fortunate to have been chosen to be a part of Seeds of Peace at the age of 14. It has changed my life in ways that I would not have been able to dream of eight years ago. Seeds of Peace is a non-profit organization that brings together teenagers from conflict-ridden areas such as India, Pakistan, Afghanistan, U.S., Palestine and Israel among many other countries. These youngsters are allowed to live in a summer camp and interact with their so-called enemies and see that there's a human face behind the stereotype of the 'enemy.' Learning to appreciate that human side is the foundation principle of Seeds of Peace.
