A career in education requires constant teamwork and collaboration. Teachers who work together are often most effective; a united and wholesome curriculum helps students to best understand and absorb the material. One aspect of teaching that proves collaboration is absolutely key is unit planning.

 

In the document below, I worked with two other aspiring teachers to create a Unit Plan on the Holocaust. In order for this project to be successful, the three of us had to carefully plan the material and work together to make sure our lesson plans were relevant and cohesive. While extremely meticulous and time-consuming, our unit plan truly came together and became something we were (and are) proud of.
