The Faculty Status Committee has determined that ePortfolio is the preferred method of submission for reappointment, tenure and promotion reviews.
Below are steps for getting started with your ePortfolio for your review file:
2) Create a new ePortfolio using the template created by the Status Committee.
Once logged into your Digication account, click on the green "Create" button on the Home page, found on the right-hand side. The first thing you will be prompted to do is provide a name for the ePortfolio. As a rule, all ePortfolios should include your FULL name.
Under the Template section, click on "More templates" on the right side of the page. Click on "Manhattanville College Templages." Scroll down to "Status Committee Review Template" and click on it. Now be sure to click on the "Select" box. To confirm that you have selected this template, be sure that the title of the template is bolded.
Permissions and Privacy Settings for your Manhattanville Portfolio
For your Status Committee Review Template, you need to make sure that certain that the Status Committee has access to your eP. Initially, set your ePortfolio to "Private to Me."
Next, click on “Custom permissions” on the right hand side of the page. Then type in the names of the members of the Status Committee. Membership for this committee can be found here under "Faculty Committees." Similarly, the President and Provost should also added in order to have access to your file. When the account and username pops up, add each of these people as “viewers” of your ePortfolio. This will allow each of these people to view your Portfolio.
Click on Do not allow tags.

BE SURE TO CLICK ON THE "CREATE NEW EPORTFOLIO" BUTTON!!
3) You will need to provide the weblink to your ePortfolio to Tina Puttre. Simply copy and paste the weblink to the Homepage of your ePortfolio from the web browser window.
