Courses - Batch Enroll

 

If you're an instructor planning to use Digication as a class project, please note that Digication accounts are no longer automatically created for faculty and students.  

 

If you'd like the students in your class to use Digication, please create a spreadsheet with your

  • course number
  • students' first and last names
  • and ID#s

 

You may locate student ID#s in WebAdvisor.  

 

We've attached a sample sheet for you to download and complete for your convenience, Digication - Class Information.  

 

Once finished, please send the spreadsheet to the Manhattanville Help Desk.

Log in Before Class

 

Once you've confirmed that your students will have new Digication accounts for your class, be sure they'll be able to log in during your session.

 

Instruct your students to log in to Digication before your workshop.  Feel free to send them these instructions on how to, Log in to Your ePortfolio.  

 

The page also contains troubleshooting tips and contact information for the Manhattanville Help Desk.  

 

During your class time is not the first time students should be logging in.  Acculturate students to mitigate technical difficulties outside of class as best as possible.
