The chart below shows how much garbage we produced in quarts.  

Chartwells has a program called TrimTracks that measures garbage in quarts.  There are different stations: bread, food, etc, and each of them has their own bucket to collect scraps.  At the end of the month they tally up the amount of buckets and count how many quarts we produced.  That is what is shown in the table below.  This only includes the production waste the rest of the waste, garbage, is handled in another way.  We have different garbage bins.  One for cardboard, another for raw uneaten, and another for cans and bottles.
